Resolution: Participation on the Committee

Whereas, Ensuring the Safety of God’s Children Team does not fall under a particular ministry board; and

Whereas, it is essential that there remains constancy in this ministry; and

Whereas, strict confidentiality in this matter is a must; be it

Resolved that it be mandatory for the Associate Pastor, Children’s Ministry Coordinator and Youth Leader to be on the ESGC team. In addition, up to three lay leaders may be asked to join the ESGC team by the ESGC team.
