CONTINUING RESOLUTIONS

OF THE COUNCIL

OF SAINT PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH

Section 60 – Witness Board

R60.01. This section contains all continuing resolutions regarding the Witness Board of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

R60.02. The Witness Board is established by the Congregation Council as a permanent Ministry Board and reports to the Congregation Council.

R60.03. The purpose of the Witness Board is to oversee and coordinate the activities of the Social Ministry Committee and the Evangelism Committee of St Paul Lutheran Church.

R60.04. Specific duties and responsibilities of the Witness Board:

a. Shall provide oversight and coordination of Social Ministry and Evangelism Committees.

b. Shall provide communication and reporting of the activities of its committees to the Council via the council liaison.

c. Shall maintain an Earth Ministry Team to be a catalyst for the congregation in seeking and communicating ways to better care for creation.
